This position is to provide financial support, taxation handling, financial procedure control, procurement financial monitoring, and ensuring smooth & effective operation of a local NGO.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- High-level financial reporting
- Regular budget consolidation
- Cash flow management
- Improving efficiencies and cost reduction
- Preparing company tax
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Developing financial reviews
- Coordinating with external financial consultant and tax agency, as required
- Payroll processing
- Preparing financial reports and analysis findings for management or oversea executive teams
- Supervising and training junior staff
- Minimum 3 years of experience on financial management and budget control
- Bachelor Degree in accounting management, financial banking management or any relevant degrees
- Proven financial monitoring skills
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office and accounting software
- Competent in verbal and written English
- Good communication and management skills
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Detailed oriented individual with good analytical/problem solving skills
- Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
