Training Curriculum Developer
Objective
With funding support from Mekong Region Land Governance Project (MRLG) through CamboDHRRA, CACA is seeking for a qualified curriculum developer to carry out a participatory process to develop nation wide training curriculums for three courses to be delivered to the BoD and Supervisory Committee of the Agricultural Cooperative.
Methodology and Scope of work
The curriculum developer is expected to carry out the following activities:
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment to identify nationwide concept for 3-course modular training
- Identify topic-specific training and develop training content of those 3 courses, including Administration Policy, Accounting Policy, Credit management Policy standard, tailored made specifically for BoD and Supervisory Committee of the AC
- Develop Training materials for the 3 courses (package of materials including trainer manual, trainer guide and handout/slide presentation, materials…)
CACA will assign key officials to support the developer throughout the curriculum development processes. The alliance will:
- Provide information/data and relevant documents to the developer
- Provide venue and refreshment for the training/meeting
- Inform/invite/coordinate the relevant participants.
Tasks and Estimated work schedule
The process of the curriculum development is expected to start at the end of 20th August, 2024. ToT to be provided to the pool trainers expected to complete within October 2024.
Expected Deliverables
- Needs Assessment Report of modular 3-course training
- Developed Training material for the 3 courses in Khmer language (package of materials including trainer manual, trainer guide and handout/slide presentation)
- Provided TOT to the Pool Trainers pools
- The Curriculum Developer shall have the following expertise and qualifications:
- Sound understanding about AC-related regulations , AC/UAC/CACA;
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Account and Finance, Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field agriculture, business management, planning, rural development, economy
- At least 5- year experience in curriculum development, instructional design or education;
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred;
- Experience with instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or Camtasia, is preferred;
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with instructional designers, project managers, and subject matter experts;
- Be able to Train instructors, educators, and other staff on how to effectively use the developed curriculums;
- Strong understanding of educational standards and learning theories, preferably adult learning principles;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
