Report to Program Manager
- Overseeing the day-to-day Project activities and timeframe.
- Make activities plan and assigning tasks to field teams, and ensuring resources align with program budget.
- Cooperate and maintaining good relationship with relevant institution, local authorities and NGOs.
- Organize training course on financial literacy and saving group management to the target community members.
- Facilitate community members including other vulnerable target group to form self-help group and encourage them to make plan for income generating activities.
- Conduct regular meeting with those target community members to hear their problems/challenges and provide possible solutions
- Conduct field visit to follow up target community members and provide coaching and mentoring
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual report, and case study
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Agribusiness or Business studies or Development studies or any other relevant discipline as a minimum
- Field-based project management roles working in resilience and livelihood for 3 years as a minimum
- Working with vulnerable communities and familiarity with humanitarian programming and implementation for 3 years as a minimum
- Proven facilitation skills and experience in delivering technical trainings for various categories of participants.
- Technical skills in at least three thematic areas: food security and nutrition, financial literacy, cash transfer, sustainable agriculture, vocational skilling, business skills development.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle with valid driving/riding license.
- Good working knowledge of computer programs, MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good in English for both speaking and writing
- Good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Most importantly, gender sensitive and committed to women’s rights.
Project Officer (2 Positions)

- Assist PC to facilitate forming of self-help group and make plan for income generating activities.
- Provide counseling to target community members.
- Conduct field visit to follow up target community members and provide coaching and mentoring

- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Development Study and/or social work
- Experiences working in similar role for 3 years as a minimum
- Having knowledge of financial literacy and capable to conduct training.
- Good working knowledge of computer programs, MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellence in oral and written English
- Have initiative, motivation and team leading skill with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate activities independently under the guidance of Project Coordinator

Project Assistant (4 Positions)

- Assist project officer in preparing project activity plan.
- Work together with project officer to reach out to target community and identify people in need of help including women survivors/returned women migrant workers.
- Assist in preparation of logistic, administrative and cash clearance.
- Do family/community assessment, develop case plan.
- provide counseling and conduct safe migration dissemination session.
- Facilitating to help target group adjust to changes and challenges by introducing CWCC’s comprehensive services especially psychological counseling, legal service and safe shelter and case referral as assessment plan with women survivors/returned women migrant workers.
- Provide data and information for reporting as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field
