CWCC's mission is to empower of women and girls to claim their universal human rights to personal security and to equal participation in community, civil, economic, social and cultural life through strategic program of Prevention, Protection, Advocacy and Organizational Development.

Position Summary

Cambodian Nationality

Female only

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Report to Project officer.
  • Assist in preparing activity plan for Scholarship Project
  • Communicate with education networks to select female students for scholarship program
  • Conduct follow up on the situation of scholarship students in the target areas
  • Conduct awareness raising for students, parents and authorities on safe migration, human trafficking and violence again women
  • Establish peer educator groups and provide coaching on raising awareness and conducting peer to peer education on issues of safe migration, human trafficking and violence against women
  • Help to facilitate education networks to evaluate the status of the scholarship students
  • Write project activity reports and record student statistics
  • Other tasks requested by Management
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in community development, education or relevant disciplines
Work History:
  • Experience working in similar role for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good in oral and written Khmer and English
  • Proficiency in computer programs, MS office, Excell, and Power Point
  • Most importantly, gender sensitive approach and commit to women’s rights
