Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops appropriate contract farming strategy plan / proposal (SRP Rice & Organic) to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
- Request/renew organic certificate with certified body
- Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Directs and coordinates with farmers, ACs, NGOs, Government officers to make sure contract farming success.
- Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of SRP Rice, Organic Rice’s standard.
- Collaborates with warehouse, production, sales and logistics & procurement department to determine best practice following the internal process.
- Supports proper utilization of SAP system for proper record.
- Report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience with project management related to agriculture supply chain
- APIM Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM)
