SOA established in 2007 as an agricultural trading and had officially exported conventional rice to European market and become to top 10 rice exporters in Cambodia. Due to demanding of parboiled rice SOA had joined ventured with Netherland company to build the facility in 2014. SOA had diversified its product to organic rice and organic palm sugar through contract farming by actively promoted and exported them to worldwide and locally in 2015.
