Announcement Description

The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) has received financing in the amount of US$ 3,600,000 equivalent from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the preparation of Cambodia Urban Sustainable Water Supply Development Project (USWSDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to consulting services to be procured under this project.

Position Summary

Project Title: URBAN SUSTAINABLE WATER SUPPLY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (USWSDP)

Contract No. and Title: MISTI-USWSDP-IC-02, National Procurement Consultant (Intermittent)

The duration of the contract is 60 days over 9 months (with possible extension).

The USWSDP Project now invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced individual national consultants for National Procurement Consultant (MISTI-USWSDP-IC-02), for which the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) can be found at the link or the link

or can be obtained at the address given below. The consultant will be selected in accordance with the AIIB’s Procurement Policy and Interim Operational Directive on Procurement Instructions for Recipients and Royal Government of Cambodia’s Standard Operating Procedures.

 

How to Apply

In submitting their expressions of interest, national consultants are kindly requested to indicate the following reference (MISTI-USWSDP-IC-02) and provide with their updated Curriculum Vitae with recent photo, indicating personal and technical skills, education qualifications, experience in similar assignments, along with the names of three (3) referees with contact information (e-mail address and telephone numbers).

Further information in a written form can be obtained at the address during office hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM at the General Department of Potable Water (GD/WAT), MISTI, or by email provided in the contact details.

Expressions of Interest may be submitted in electronic copy followed by the submission of a hard copy if possible and must be submitted to the address below on or before 13 August 2024 (before 5:00 PM, Phnom Penh Time). Only short-listed candidates will be invited for contract negotiation.
