The Ministry of Economic and Finance (MEF) has established the General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (GDPPP) to promote, coordinate and manage public investment projects using the Public-Private Partnerships mechanism (PPP) that complies with innovative infrastructure financing and contributes to supporting the sustainability of long-term economic growth by increasing Cambodia’s competitiveness.
To support the implementation of PPP Projects, the GDPPP intends to recruit qualified individual consultants (contracted staff) for the position of National PPP Analysts in the GDPPP.
SALARY: Competitive remuneration based on work experiences and qualification.
Term: Long Term
The selection procedure will follow the Government’s SOP.
The objective of this position is to enhance the capacity of the GDPPP in the coordination and management of public investment projects through PPP in Cambodia which includes, among others, the review and analysis of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies; their analysis (mostly financial and commercial aspects) to determine suitability for procurement through PPPs; procurement of PPP contracts; and monitoring and reporting of PPP projects.
