The objective of this position is to support and enhance GDPPP's capability in the coordination and management of PPP public investment projects, including financial management of the Viability Gap Financing (VGF) Facility and other related project accounts. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, procurement of goods and services, coordination with internal teams on fund utilization, review and validation of payment requests, maintenance of financial records, and ensuring overall compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures. Under the supervision and overall guidance of the Chief of Project Monitoring and Database Office, the Specialist will work closely with relevant staffs of GDPPP, along with other agencies involved, to manage financial and administrative support in the Department of Project Delivery and Portfolio Management (PDM) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Specialist will report to the Chief of Project Monitoring and Database Office and the Director of PDM.
