JOB SUMMARY
The EQHA Private Sector and QI Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of PSI’s workplan for EQHA project in Cambodia and contributes to the achievement of project deliverables including day-to-day team support. Collaborating closely with Quality Improvement Advisor (FHI360) and Quality Improvement/Health System Strengthening (QI/HSS) Advisor, he/she will lead and provide technical support to QI Provincial Coordinators and ensure successful implementation of the district and province level quality improvement collaborative at public and private health facilities. S/He develops and maintains clear workplans for PSI’s role in the project, contributes to the overall strategic vision for the program and ensures all deliverables are met in line with EQHA goals.

REPORT TO: Head of EQHA
- Degree in health science, public health, Medical Doctor or equivalent
- At least 7 years of work experience in health sector, with specific preference to experience working in both private and public health facilities
- Experience in the design and implementation of quality improvement, and accreditation programs for health care providers is an advantage
- Experience in conducting quality improvement coaching in MCH, HIV, Malaria, TB, Nutrition and FP
- Experience managing large projects, including experiences in dealing with sub-national level of MoH such as PHD, OD, RH and HCs.
- Experiences in working for health system strengthening
- Experience in managing a high-performing team
- Program management skills– project design, planning, monitoring, work plan development and management, budget management in excel.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
- Skill in planning and juggling multiple ongoing work streams
- Skill in report writing
- Highly organized, comfortable working with government agencies (national and sub-national) and in partnership
- Able to understand and monitor project indicators
- Ability to coach health care providers and related staff for quality improvement
- Knowledge of the health system and health system network is desirable
- Good leadership and management skill in managing staff under supervision, including capacity building
- Good written and spoken English
- Fluency in Khmer
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Power Point, email and internet.

QI Private Sector Support Officer (1 Position)

JOB SUMMARY
The QI Private Sector Support Officer for EQHA Project is responsible for providing assistance to the implementation of QI collaborative and FP for private health facilities, data entry in system, data verification, all administrative related work, facilitating and organizing various trainings/meetings to deliver efficient and effective program implementation. S/He will support Quality Improvement and Private Health Sector Managers, Provincial QI Coordinators, and Provincial QI Officers in day-to-day delivery of project activities, including monitoring through tracking number of health providers/patients/facilities participate in QI collaborative, capacity building, private provider registration and licensing, supporting admin and logistic for trainings, learning sessions, and other events at national and sub-national levels.

- Midwife or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years experiences in administration and logistics management, monitoring, data entry and reporting in NGO sector or private health facilities
- Experience working with MoH in some capacity, either at national or provincial level
- Experiences working on infection prevention, sexual reproductive health and family planning is an advantage
- Ability to receive and respond to inquiries in a tactful and professional manner
- Strong planning, organizational and scheduling skills
- Ability to manage complex filing systems electronically and in hard copy
- Good communication skills

Supply Chain Intern (1 Position)

JOB SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Intern will learn and assist from supply chain team in sourcing goods/services and data record such as request for quotation, delivery goods & inspection, updating supplier data base, supplier vendor list, filling the supply chain document and update scanned Share Drive file to procurement and warehouse tracker.
S/he will work closely with procurement and warehouse staffs to build strong relationship and achieve supply chain operational goals and objectives from day-to-day operations within the organization.
