Population Services International/Cambodia (PSI/C) seeks to hire an independent consultant with significant experience working with organizations to restructure their workforce for optimal performance and cost effectiveness. 

The Consultant is expected to deliver to PSI/C a proposed revised organizational structure and a suggested process for implementing this new structure. The consultant’s work will focus primarily on helping PSI restructure its Operations Department so that the support services provided to the Program Department are delivered with quality and on time, avoiding job overload or gaps among the support staff. The Consultant’s scope of work may include a review of current job descriptions of all Operations Department staff. Consultant will provide PSI/C with a comprehensive report that includes a revised organizational structure, the specific positions needed within the Operations Department, including which existing positions need to be updated or consolidated, and which position need to be added or eliminated.
