TH F&B is one of Business Units in TH Group focusing on fast food service and restaurant. Our company is authorized food franchise brands of Carl's Jr from the US, Cold Stone Creamery from the US, Gyu-Kaku BBQ from Japan, On-Yasai Shabu Shabu soup from Japan, and Pappa Rich from Malaysia.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality food and service and develop ourselves to be the largest company in fast food and restaurant in Cambodia.

Business Development Manager

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
  • Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners to promote company’s products and services.
  • Assess the marketability and profitability of products by researching, identifying and capitalizing market opportunities.
  • Identify business opportunities, new markets, partnership and tie ups.Source new locations that is profitable for each brand, negotiate lease agreement
  • Identify new business potential by identifying customer requirements, defining the market, market shares and growths, competitors share, advantages and weaknesses and forecasting potential new business.
  • Manage market research or analysis projects by evaluating findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations to senior management about the viability of opportunities
  • Gather qualitative market information to get constant updates of the market situation and market dynamics;
  • Coordinate new business development projects and initiatives with other business and support units to ensure smooth implementation;
  • Establish a positive achievement-oriented work environment within the business units.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experiences in business development (F&B industry is preferably)
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Good networking, persuasion, prospecting, presentation
  • Excellent identification of customer needs and challenges
  • Computer literate and (data analyst program is a plus)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, business development in Cambodia.
 
 

Finance Analyst

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the business expense
  • Analyst the business performance of the company
  • Analyze and interpret data for top management
  • Prepare the budget and financial forecasts
  • Ensure the budget are properly monitor
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly and Ad Hoc report required by management
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure there is alignment between actual booking and budget classification
  • Performance other related tasks that assigned by top management from time to time Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree of Accounting/Finance, IT programing or ACCA
  • Experience at least 5 years in management accounting role
  • Experience from food and beverage industry is plus
  • Good knowledge of Business Planning and Modeling
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and other reporting systems.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skill.
  • Meticulous to produce quality results with speed.

Marketing and Brand Manager (2 Positions)

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Market Insights
  • Follow & analyze the food & beverage market as well as factors driving consumer trends and the influence:
  • Branding and activity
  • Presenting recommendations based on appropriate data and insights on a continuous basis.
  • Supporting the creation of storylines to promote our products & capabilities.
  • On-trend Marketing Management
  • Drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts & marketing tools
  • Commercialization of projects; responsible for the product launches from the designated launch program including all activities from pre- to post launch:
  • Developing value propositions & key messaging.
  • Identify market potential, supporting commercial teams.
  • Preparation and presentation of internal & external promotion materials.
  • Ensure follow-up & measurement of success and suggest/implement proper actions based on the outcome.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure digital media consumption and consumer online behavior.
  • Capitalizing on analytical data and online metrics to provide digital experiences for user brand engagement.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in marketing, general business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant (B2B) marketing experience (food industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles & tools.
  • Ability to translate research learning into insights & recommendations for the business.
  • Demonstrated conceptual skills with experience in developing new concepts & solutions.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research.
  • Knowledge of Digital Media is a strong advantage.
