Announcement Description

Established since 1948, CHOROGUSAN FOR CHILDREN (formerly known as ChildFund Korea) has been working in South Korea to protect children's rights and help children suffering from poverty and disease and started global programs to create a world where children are happy since 1997.

ChorogUsan for children focuses on advocacy activities to protect the rights of all children, strengthen welfare programs based on children’s rights under the UN Convention on the Rights of Children, actively respond to social issues, humanitarian aids, and other critical issues for children such as Education, Public Health, WASH, Climate Change, and strive to ensure children’s rights.

Currently, ChorogUsan for children is implementing as well as providing grants to partners with following project titles:

  1. Improving Digital Education for All Learners (IDEAL)
  2. Health Enhancement and Rights Upholding for Adolescent Girls through Improved MHM (HER AIM)
  3. Developing Youth and Nurturing Agripreneurship for Market Impact and Community Growth (DYNAMIC)
  4. Boeng Trabaek Community Development Center

We are looking for external audit for the fiscal year: 01st January 2025 to 31st December 2025.

Summary

Scope of work:

Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference.

Eligibility

  • Be a member of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and licensed by the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR)
  • Be in accordance witsh ISA (International Standards on Auditing)
  • Relevant auditing experience as a registered firm both local and international
  • Previous experience in conducting similar work for Foreign NGOs focus on ‘project-based funding work’ is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of auditing experience in Cambodia

Submission Requirements

All interested and qualified auditing firm are required to send their proposal (Annex 1 Audit Proposal Format) including team resume to email provided in the contact details. The company is expected in response to pay tax in comply with Cambodia law. The deadline for the application is 27th Feb 2026.
