Established since 1948, ChorogUsan for children (formerly ChildFund Korea) has been working in South Korea to protect children's rights and help children suffering from poverty and disease, and started global programs to create a world where children are happy since 1997.

ChorogUsan for children focuses on advocacy activities to protect the rights of all children, strengthen welfare programs based on children’s rights under the UN Convention on the Rights of Children, actively respond to social issues, humanitarian aids, and other critical issues for children such as Education, Public Health, WASH, Climate Change, and strive to ensure children’s rights.

ChorogUsan for children’s Country Office in Cambodia is currently piloting Boeung Trabek Child Development Project (BT CDP) in Phnom Penh, with the goal of breaking the vicious cycle of poverty experienced by vulnerable children in Boeung Trabek slum area. The project adopts a community-based, multi-sectoral approach that integrates community and center-based childcare services. Through this, the project aims to build a sustainable support system encompassing education, health, WASH, nutrition, and child protection.
