ករណីកិច្ច និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ:
- ជួយសហគមន៏រៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ឋសាស្រ្ត/ផែនការអាជិវកម្ម និងការបរិយាយតួនាទីគណះកម្មាកាសហគមន៏និងបុគ្គលិកសហគមន៏។
- ជ្រើសរើសក្រុមអ្នកទទួលផលពីគម្រោង។
- ដឹកនាំសហគមន៏ធ្វើបង្ហាញនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពីការចិញ្ចឹមត្រី/សង្កែប/បង្កងទឹកសាបដែលបន្សំានិងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុឬកសិកម្មឆ្លាតវៃ។
- សហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរនិងសហគមន៏រៀបចំក្រុមជួយខ្លួនឯកយ៉ាងតិច៤ក្រុមគុណ៣០គ្រួសារ ក្នុងមួយសហគមន៏។
- ចុះផ្តល់ព្រឹក្សាយោបល់ពីដំណើរការអាជិវកម្ម ការគ្រប់គ្រង អាជិវកម្ម ប្រពន្ឋអភិបាលកិច្ច ឬបច្ចេកទេសដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ/បុគ្គលិកសហគមន៏និងសមាជិកសហកម្ម។
- ផ្សារភ្ទាប់ផលិតផលឬផ្សារភ្ជាប់សហគមន៏ទៅទីផ្សារ។
- ជួបសហគមន៏ឬអ្នកពាក់ពន្ឋ័ដើម្បីសរសេរករណីសិក្សា និងរបាយការណ៏ប្រចាំខែ/ត្រីមាស/ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ។
- ធ្វើផែនការអនុវត្តន៏គម្រោងប្រចាំខែនិងត្រីមាស។
- ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំ/វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្សេងៗ

- ស្ទាត់ជំនាញភាសាខ្មែរ ទាំងការនិយាយ និងសរសេរ។ ស្ទាត់ជំនាញភាសាអង់គ្លេសគឺជាការបូកបន្ថែម។
- មានជំនាញកុំព្យូទ័រ Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- មានចំណេះដឹងនិងបទពិសោធន៍ ជាមូយអង្គការមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ

Project Officer
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $350 - $430 Negotiable + Based on Experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work collaboration with team work produce monthly/quarterly and annual work plan.
- Produce project case study and report submit to Project Coordinator.
- Work with ACs promote management governance and promote ACs access to market.
- Form SHGs
- Work with ACs manage investment fund.
- 100% implement project activities
- Attending with training/workshop/meeting.
- Project case study and report submit to PC
- Field coaching/mentorship monitoring to ACs.
- Coordinate farmer to farmer/pee to pee learning focusing on poultry and green house vegetable
- Promote ACs access to market.
- Digital training and promote ACs use digital

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture science, agronomy and plus at least three years of experience in fields related to vegetable value chain, specifically vegetable extension
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience in leading/facilitating business development/market linkages is a plus
- Excellent data collection, analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of project management – planning and budgeting
- Demonstrated proficiency in Khmer, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus
- Computer skill with Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and internet
- Knowledge of and experience with or within community organizations
- Knowledge in agriculture Cooperative Development
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Good understanding of and sensitivity for poverty, social and ethnic issues
- Working knowledge on sustainable livelihoods, value chain and market development
- Experience of field data collection.
Soft Skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to verify information.
- Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated person able to work without close supervision.
