AI Trainer – ChatGPT and Generative AI
Objective:
This training initiative is part of a one-off, high-impact capacity-building project under the MPSEZ. The project focuses specifically on delivering an advanced-level training program in ChatGPT and generative AI technologies to a targeted group of professionals who have already completed foundational instruction. The engagement of the AI Trainer will be on a short-term, project-based basis, with a clear mandate to design and deliver a specialized curriculum that supports immediate and practical application of AI tools in the local development context.

SCOPE OF WORK, QUALIFICATIONS AND BENEFITS
The AI Trainer will be responsible for delivery of a comprehensive training curriculum tailored to advanced learners.
- Design and deliver a comprehensive, advanced-level curriculum on ChatGPT and related generative AI technologies.
- Introduce the underlying architecture (Transformer models), prompt engineering techniques, and responsible AI use.
- Facilitate practical sessions, including API integration, workflow automation, and building real-world use cases with ChatGPT.
- Provide mentorship and evaluation on participant-led projects or prototypes using ChatGPT. Those projects include public policy, investment, finance, business admin, sales and marketing.
- Develop training materials, presentations, hands-on activities, and post-training support documents.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning impact.
- Deliver a final report summarizing training outcomes, participant performance, and recommendations.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in AI training, software development, or generative AI applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with ChatGPT, GPT APIs, and prompt engineering.
- Strong experience in curriculum design and delivering technical training or bootcamps.
- Familiarity with OpenAI tools, Python programming, and API-based development.
