- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Welcome visitors and manage our professional reception
- Coordinate meeting rooms, vehicles, and event logistics
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Support the team with administrative coordination
- Manage Workspace
- Oversee office maintenance and facility improvements
- Coordinate with cleaners, security, and service providers
- Maintain our asset register and procurement processes
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Tech Support
- Provide IT support when staff face computer or system issues
- Manage Google Workspace (email, Drive, security)
- Support to administer and run systems effectively
- Keep our networks, backups, and systems secure
- Set up equipment for new staff and maintain IT inventory
- Ensure data security and compliance
- Contribute ideas for improving organisational efficiency

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in at least TWO of the following areas: Administrative or office management roles, IT support or helpdesk experience, Facilities or operations coordination, and Systems administration or technical support
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills: ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues
- Data security awareness: understanding of password management, file security, and backup importance
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly: demonstrated adaptability with technology
