The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking applications for the position of Consultant. Under direct supervision of the Project Officer and overall guidance of the Chief of Mission, the consultant will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to develop an Interagency Standard Operating Procedures and Contingency plan on humanitarian cross-border co-operation, preparedness and response.
