Who We Are
Mao & Kin Farm is a family-owned, 100% organic farm dedicated to growing safe, chemical-free vegetables, fruits, and livestock. We are currently scaling our workforce to 30–50 people and are working hard to transition from an informal family setup into a proper, standardized farming operation.
Right now, we face daily bottlenecks, logistical challenges, and systems that rely too much on informal habits. We are actively working to change this by implementing strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), separating our field operations from our packhouse, and standardizing our daily workflows.
We are not a shiny corporate company, and we aren't looking for people who just want to sit at a desk. We are looking for hands-on problem solvers.
