- Assist guests through all stages of their zipline experience or Bike tour
- Conduct safety briefings and inspect gear before each tour
- Operate and supervise zipline platforms and equipment
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests
- Provide a fun, informative, and memorable experience
- Report and respond to any incidents or emergencies
- Work closely with fellow rangers and team leaders

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about tours, bookings, and services
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and troubleshooting
- Log customer interactions and maintain records in the database
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
