A youth leader is a member of a project team. The overall responsibility of youth development leader is familiar with knowledgeable of activities of youth, planning, mentoring and conducting of assigned project activities, and supervision on youth development.
- Work directly with youth group of school-age, to provide a safe, responsible, well-supervised program while acting as a positive adult role model and mentor;
- Ensure arrangement of youth house are functioning, cleanliness, education, social activities, security and orders;
- Train youth in a variety of skills and techniques including behaviour management techniques, program development, provide direction and delivery, child development and group management;
- Implement and participate with youth group including homework and tutoring assistance, daily living activities, social engagement, and recreation activities;
- Ensure up to date of youth development plan to PDB2 system;
- Actively participate in staff development workshops and other staff meetings that are designed to contribute to personal and professional growth and program success;
- Help provide an atmosphere for developing good morale and well-being among the youth group;
- Provide discipline, supervise and monitoring youth group in all aspects of the project, provide direction and feedback to youth in a constructive manner;
- Well document interaction and behaviours of youth through loggings, and incident reports, provide appropriate supervision of youth during all activities, monitor on routine housekeeping as need on shift, assist in management of cost effective of the project;
- Follow policies and procedures outlined in youth guideline;
- Other task as required by supervisor and line manager.
- Postgraduate Degree in social development or other related field;
- Ability to manage group of children (6-8 of youth) ages 14-20 years-old;
- Ability to motivate, problems-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
- Desire and ability to work with youth in both indoor and outdoor settings;
- Knowledge of computer literacy Ms. Office and using internet & email;
- Ability to plan in writing and implement quality program for youth;
- Able to stay in youth house;
- Good character, integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm, sense of humour, patience, and self-control.
- High sense of Child Safeguarding, look for solutions and focus on desired results
- Knowledge of law on suppression of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
- Strong motivation and ability to work and deliver under short deadlines.

Sponsorship Officer (1 Position)

A sponsorship officer is a member of a project staff. The overall responsibility such as develop relationship with sponsorship in National Office, preparation and update of children’s information data with a quality photos and videos, correspondent with sponsor and maintain the confidential requirement.
- Ensure sponsorship information and correspondences are processed and sent to sponsors in national office within timeframe and with quality;
- Coordinate registration letter of children in sponsorship programme;
- Coordinate mid-year, annual report, Christmas care report with attractive child’s photos, postcard, and videos for sponsors;
- Deliver all mails from sponsors to children in a timely and efficient manner and translate sponsor and child reply to letters in turnaround time;
- Coordinate child money gift and gift letter in time required;
- Look after sponsors or visitors in taking them to visit family house and showing them around the village and others SOS Projects and sending address of visitors to the national office every month;
- Good relationship with all relevant stakeholders (Village Director, Sponsorship Coordinator, Support Office Team, National Office Team, etc.) are built and maintained.

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Social development or other related field;
- Have experiences with sponsorship work;
- Familiar with professional photography and video recording & Editing;
- Good in communication of English writing and speaking;
- Well understand of Ms. Office and Adobe Premiere Pro;
- Good knowledge of administrative issues;
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and good results of quality;
- Good interpersonal skills and good teamwork.
