Youth Health Project Manager (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Project Development: responsible for strategies or main activities with development and ensuring in designing activity and quality project for YHP
- Day-to-Day Program Implementation: coordination with all the stakeholders (national and sub-national levels) through meetings or other means, provide administrative and technical support to the supervisees and partners, lead in the development of monthly workplan/budget, monitor the workplan/budget, timely updating the direct supervisor and other senior staff on issues related to YHP and/or RHAC.
- Supporting Supervision and Project Evaluation: develop supportive supervision plan for staff at all levels (supportive supervision plans for headquarters staff, for provincial staff), write schedule and agenda of the supervision in consultation with the direct supervisor.
- Staff Capacity Building and Training: conduct the assessment of staff capacity (through formal assessment or observation), provide constructive feedbacks to relevant staff, and organize training session for staff in consultation with management.
- Communication and Media: work in collaboration with Communication and Media Department to contribute to content development, write articles/stories for publication, or coordination of a campaign which is beneficial to young people
- Advocacy and Shaping Public Opinion: develop talking points and advocate for adolescent SRHR or CSE.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- University degree, preferably in public health or social science. Master degree is preferred;
- Experience in managing development projects, preferably SRHR projects, for at least two years;
- Experience in monitoring or evaluation of development projects, preferably in health or social sector;
- Knowledge of budget development and control
- Speak and write Khmer and English. Good in report writing both in Khmer and in English
