Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Position: To promote Sale “HONEY Save Wildlife”
Location : The main duty station is Phnom Penh
Expected Outcome:
Over the last 2 year, SCW3PS Co.,Ltd has started and successfully established a beekeeping production and supply local honey. HONEY Save Wildlife is local brand to warranty supply pure and natural honey to market demand, it thus helps to promote income generation for beekeeping community groups had formed in region of North-East Cambodia.
The target group are Cambodians and foreigners with a higher medium budget, who want to buy an authentic local product, a healthy food and who wish to support local communities and protect our environment.
- Daily visit and door to door to retail stores/ direct consumers , in order to in order to serve and maintain good relationship with business partners
- Identifies potential business partners ( Restaurant, Café shop, Hotel , other honey trader profiles ) by for promoting honey and sales revenue
- Maintain relationships and favourable contacts with existing customers/partners
- Recruits profile buyers ,who regularly use HONEY as recipes and cooking styles
- Identify customer’s needs by providing technical solutions resulting in sales opportunities in order to maximize and grow sales.
- Product quality orientation and feedback in order to make clear as customers compliant
- Design marketing plan and implementation activities for achieving sales target and coverage markets expanding
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervision.
- Bachelors Degree of business administration, economic, graduated in business, marketing, related areas
- At least 1 year experienced involving with customer service and sales out door is motivated
- Previous experiences as sale door to door with restaurant and distributor
- Thinks as a business opportunities and networking
- Strong initiative, motivation and self-management skill
- Able knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to read maps and follow directions, good knowledge of Phnom Penh city area
- Women strongly encouraged
- Interest in social business, environment and community engagement
