The Welding and Automobile Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting vocational training programs in the welding and automobile sectors for returning migrant workers. The role involves trainee recruitment, training management, industry collaboration, employment support, and administrative coordination to ensure the effective delivery of programs that enhance participants' skills and employment opportunities.
- Training Management: Overall management of each training program, including attendance tracking, identification of job sites, and provision of employment-related information.
- External Collaboration: Communication and cooperation with external organizations related to migrant workers and program objectives.
- Program Promotion: Promote and guide potential trainees through the center’s vocational training programs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Drafting and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents for related tasks.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing the Center’s events.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Happy Return Center, Cambodia.
- Korean - Good is preferred

- Bachelor's Degree
- Professional working experience in a similar position for 2 years as a minimum
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- A high level of understanding of the job market in the Welding and Automobile field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Khmer language skills. Korean language is an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Very good networking skills, facilitating collaboration to achieve objectives.
