Web Administrator
Reports to: General Manager
Position Objective:
The Web Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, developing, and designing the layout of the ATC’s websites and portals according to specifications and plans and delivers web applications across multiple platforms. The Web Administrator also assists in managing the website and updating content, as well as upkeep of the website.
- Design and develop the responsive website as needed by ATC.
- Set up and manage website hosting as needed.
- Implement website security and speed optimization
- Maintain reusable documentation of the implementation and integration process of new components.
- Monitor, maintain, and update ATC websites and web portals.
- Support the business owner(s) with portal or website content updates or catalog creation, as well as access account provisioning.
- Constantly communicate with website users to develop and deploy their content—and ensure there is a clear establishment of what can be created within specified timeframes and user requirements.
- Integrate the new plug-in to the websites/web portals.
- work closely with back-end developers.
- Maintain portal technical documentation such as plug-in integration with the portals.
- maintain and expand/enhance the website/web portal once it is built.
- Conduct website functional and performance tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, and content issues.
- The performance of live websites and web portals is being monitored.
- Be able to backup and restore the website.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
- Education
- Undergraduate level education in IT or similar fields.
- Professional training, diploma, or certification in system development
- Work Experience
- At least 1 year of proven work experience in web programming or similar functional environment with responsibilities.
- Technical Skills
- Good knowledge and experience developing using front-end technologies including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and WordPress.
- Ability to bring in creative new design ideas and concepts.
- Experience using debugging tools such as browser inspector.
- Good knowledge and experience in search engine optimization (SEO).
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as PHP and server-client tier architecture.
- Experience with Python, Java, ASP.NET, REST API, cPanel is a plus.
- Experience using graphic tools to adjust or correct photo/picture.
- Ability to multitask with strict time constraints and business goals.
- Good speaking, writing, and listening skills in English and Khmer languages.
- Soft Skills
- Good communications skills, both spoken and written in English and Khmer.
- Should be IT Savvy with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Good listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex ideas to user with limited IT and systems knowledge.

Administration Officer
Supervisor: General Manager of ATC
- Marketing: Promotion and Management:
- Conducts promotional activities to enhance the organization's brand image and awareness. Manages internal and external communications through various channels and plans and executes events and campaigns.
- Accounting Management: Accounting, Budget:
- Responsible for accounting documentation. Supports preparing financial reports.
- General Administrative Management: Office Administration:
- Supports daily office administration, including document management, scheduling coordination, and internal communication. Ensures smooth organizational operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management roles.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting jobs.
- Proven track record in marketing and promotional activities, including event planning and communication strategies.
- Good in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and administrative tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
