ROLE OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock control, order preparation, and dispatch. This role ensures the freshness of all products, maintains cold-chain integrity, and upholds accurate inventory levels. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with Production, Sales, Retail, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This position requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and a long-term commitment to supporting company growth.
- Receive and inspect all incoming products, checking temperature, condition, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate receiving logs and immediately report any damages or discrepancies.
- Manage chiller, freezer, and dry storage with strict FIFO and cold-chain control.
- Conduct daily stock checks and cycle counts; maintain accurate inventory reports.
- Track expiry, batch codes, fast-moving items, and stock allocation for B2B and retail.
- Prepare and dispatch orders with correct packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Retail, and Sales teams to meet order timelines.
- Enforce warehouse cleanliness and HACCP-aligned hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment (scales, racks, trolleys) is clean and functioning.
- Supervise helpers and support loading, unloading, and urgent operational tasks when needed.

- English - Basic is preferred
- Minimum of experience in warehouse or logistics; food-related operations for 2 years is preferred
- Strong understanding of cold-chain management and handling of perishable goods.
- Solid grasp of FIFO, stock rotation, and basic food safety practices.
- Able to maintain accurate inventory records and organize storage areas efficiently
- Physically fit for warehouse tasks, including lifting, moving stock, and working in cold rooms.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets and digital inventory systems).
- Reliable communication skills in Khmer; basic English is an advantage.
- Experience in meat handling or working in chiller/freezer environments.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
- Familiarity with HACCP or similar food safety frameworks.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Cashier is the primary customer touchpoint in the retail store, responsible for accurate payment processing, strong customer service, and maintaining a clean, premium retail environment. This role ensures smooth transactions, proper documentation, and a positive shopping experience for every customer. The Cashier also supports daily retail operations, assists with basic product inquiries, and helps uphold store presentation and brand standards.
- Greeting customers and provide prompt, friendly assistance at the front counter.
- Handle basic product inquiries, promotions, and customer requests.
- Operate the POS system accurately for all payment types (cash, cards, transfers, e-wallets).
- Issue invoices, receipts, and required tax documents.
- Process discounts, vouchers, and promotions correctly.
- Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer throughout the shift.
- Prepare end-of-day cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with butchers and retail staff on customer orders and special cuts.
- Support stock checks, replenishment, and counter packaging materials.
