We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be integral in supporting the Warehouse operation to ensure efficient inventory management, optimize workflows, and maintain high standards of safety and quality within our logistics operations.
- Stock Movement Management: Manage and implement stock movements based on the sales plan, and purchasing plan for FMCG products.
- Daily Stock Control: Manage and prepare daily inbound and outbound stock records in compliance with stock control policies and systems.
- Team Supervision: Manage and supervise warehouse operation team to control all stock movement activities.
- Daily Reporting: Ensure daily records are updated to maintain an accurate, real-time daily online stock report.
- Delivery Operations: Manage delivery operations to ensure all destinations and timelines are met according to Sales Orders (SO).
- Vendor & Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and manage relations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support delivery requirements.
- . Inventory Counting & FEFO Compliance: Prepare the warehouse layout monthly for physical stock counting and ensure the stock report is accurate and strictly follows the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method.
- Warehouse Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the warehouse area.
- Operational Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during daily warehouse operations.
- Fixed Asset Management: Control and managing fixed assets at warehouse.
- Delivery Issue Resolution: Follow up on and resolve issues or delays in delivering goods to clients and logistics partners.
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics management for 2 years
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with warehouse management software and other inventory control systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations
- Forklift certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (advance), Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with WMS and Localize systems

General Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to manage all aspects of our accounting operations for our fast-moving consumer goods [FMCG] business.
This position will be crucial in ensuring accurate accounting records, efficient inventory control, and timely tax declarations.
- Perform daily journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Oversee inventory control, including tracking stock levels and monitoring expiration dates for Fresh milk products.
- Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations.
- Assist with annual tax declarations and provide necessary documentation to external firms for TOI and Audit report.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of accounting and financial information.
- Be able to produce financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash flow).
- Other tasks as assigned by management team.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- Progressive accounting experience for 3 years as a minimum
- Monthly tax experience, preferably within the Cambodian tax regulations for 1 year as a minimum
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
