Warehouse Operations Controller
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tracking inventory records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
- Ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
- Organize layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing
- Handle deliveries and transportation + equipment
- Lead warehouse team (3-5) including workers/drivers and a small packing operation
- Manage all Documents/reports related to deliveries and inventory/warehousing
- Coordinate with external logistics support for incoming products/containers/trucks
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Education in Logistics, Accounting, Management, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - years’ work experience as warehouse/operations controller or supervisor or related field
- Able to read, speak & write in English
- Able to use Microsoft word, excel, and power point.
- Good leadership skill and communication
Accountant Operations Supervisor
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily posting sales/expenses/payments/etc.
- Bank statement and payment records reconciliation.
- Work closely with Sales team
- Manage the Warehouse Operations team with an assistant.
- Administration, filing, document process, petty cash.
- Check and collect payment from customers.
- Go to the bank to clear customer’s check.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager or management
- 4 years’ experience as Accountant or related field is good.
- At least bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent.
- Knowledge in QuickBooks/EXCEL, Microsoft Office.
- Able to read, speak & write in English is an advantage.
- Good leadership skill and communication.
Warehouse Operations Supervisor
