VIYA Digital Coordinator (1 Position)
JOB SUMMARY
The VIYA Digital Coordinator works under direct supervision of the Product Strategy Manager with support from the head of business development and innovation. S/he will play a critical role in developing, planning, leading and managing digital platforms, digital strategy to ensure growing our online community as well as driving product and service uptake of Viya Health Cambodia. This role blends digital marketing, content strategy, community growth, and performance analytics to create seamless, impactful consumer experiences.
The VIYA Digital Coordinator will be a hands-on executor who understands how to translate strategy into results. The VIYA Digital Coordinator will be working under the department of Business Development and Innovation of VIYA Health Cambodia.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing or women's health environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, WordPress, and other platforms
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution, from audience segmentation to A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Proven track record in content strategy, message development, and digital storytelling.
- Experience in healthcare or digital health is a plus.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and reporting skills; uses insights to guide campaign optimization and growth.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset and an eye for both detail and the big picture.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and emerging digital platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize the task and manage it effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent in English and Khmer (Written and Oral)
- Computer literacy, internet, and email
