- Handle all communicate import/export shipments.
- Ensure understanding customer’s requirements, SOP compliance for those customers that was assigned to take care.
- Deliver 100% data Integrity i.e. accurate booking, clear information to customers.
- Provide customer with timely, accurate and courteous service. Maintain a professional and pleasant communication.
