The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and accounting standards. This role supervises the accounting team, supports audits, and drives process improvements.
- Oversee general accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with Cambodian tax laws (VAT, WHT, CIT, TOS, etc.).
- Support quarterly and annual audits, including corporate financial controls audits.
- Assess current accounting practices and recommend improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, including performance management and training.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax authorities, and internal teams.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Accounting experience for 5 years as a minimum
- At least in a supervisory or managerial role for 2 years
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
