Pre-School Teachers

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, nurturing, welcoming and engaging learning environment for young students.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early learning and development.
  • Promote positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional development.
  • Observe, assess, and record student’s progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Maintain a well-organized and supportive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to support each student’s development and wellbeing.
  • Support pre-school events, activities, and parent engagement.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Work History:
  • Experience teaching kindergarten or early years for 1 year as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Understanding of international pre-school curriculum preferred.
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
 
 

Primary Teachers

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons and maintain high standards of discipline, character, and academic excellence.
  • Plan lessons, assessments, and learning materials in line with school requirements.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes holistic development.
  • Set and monitor homework according to school policy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to support student learning.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field.
Work History:
  • Teaching experience (international or Cambridge curriculum preferred) for 1 year as a minimum

Secondary Teachers

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the secondary curriculum (Lower Secondary Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS & A Levels or equivalent).
  • Plan lessons, assessments, and learning materials in line with school requirements.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of discipline, character, and academic excellence.
  • Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes holistic development.
  • Set and monitor homework in accordance with school policy.
  • Participate actively in curriculum development, school activities, and professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to support student learning.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject area; teaching certification is preferred
Work History:

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth daily operation of the Pre-School.
  • Maintain academic standards in compliance with accreditation bodies and MoEYS early childhood regulations.
  • Lead curriculum development and ensure effective implementation of the early childhood programme.
  • Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, developmental monitoring, and reporting.
  • Foster a positive, safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes children’s wellbeing and development.
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate pre-school teaching and support staff.
  • Coordinate academic programs, school events, and age-appropriate co- curricular activities.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, community, and education authorities.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in early childhood school leadership for 2 years as a minimum
