Position Summary

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for major projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and internal departments to develop tailored solutions, prepare tenders, and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Generate leads, identify new project opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Proposal & Tender Management: Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals, presentations, and contracts.

GGear Group is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets within a designated region. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives to improve sales performance. 

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

An Area Sales Manager drives regional revenue growth by leading field sales teams and managing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, monitoring performance, and onboarding new staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To achieving sales volume target
  • Visit customer shops in coverage area both urban and remote areas
  • Maintain existing customers with proper relationships, and sell products to new customers
  • Develop markets through sales amount and new product models
  • Plan and execute product displays and propose merchandising in good locations
  • Collect information on prices and competitors and update to sales director
  • Build customer relationships and solve pending tasks
  • Maintain customer database
  • Generate sales report for daily, weekly, and monthly reports to sales director
