Announcement Positions

Sales Supervisor

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Business Administration, Sales / Marketing
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday –Saturday
  • Working hour: From 8: 00 AM -12:PM , 1:00PM-5: 00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement the monthly and annual sales company sale plan
  • Support sell-out growth in Modern Trade
  • Analyst sell-out data and stock movement
  • Supervise and coach executive / sales staff assigned to Modern Trade
  • Conduct daily briefing, field coaching, and performance follow-up
  •  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and timely

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in FMCG Modern Trade sales for 2 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Brewery or consumer goods experience is an advantage
  • Good understanding of Modern Trade operations in Cambodia
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sale management system
  • English language is preferred
 
 

Sales Executives (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Sales / Marketing, Communications
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday –Saturday
  • Working hour: From 8: 00 AM -12:PM , 1:00PM-5: 00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Approach the prospects to sell company Products.
  • Follow up on customers inquiries.
  • Meeting customers.
  • Market research and propose for business development strategy.
  • Initiate new strategies to promote and sell company services.
  • Prepare daily sale report.
  • Maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Other task as assigned from the company from time to time.

  • Fresh graduate in sale will be preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy, MS. Office, Power Point Presentation, Email, Internet.
  • Has own transportation and willing to travel.
Soft Skills
  • Honest, patient and has strong commitment.
  • Good team player and willing to learn.
  • Good personality and attitude.
