Leasing Supervisor

The Leasing Supervisor and Customer Service is a full-time position responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from inquiry to move-out, ensuring compliance with all leasing regulations and company policies. This role also manages the after-lease services, acting as the primary point of contact for tenant issues and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Working hours:
- Mondays-Fridays (8:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-5:30pm)
- Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pm)
- Leasing and occupancy management
- Supervise and execute the leasing process for both short and long stays;
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and extensions, ensuring accuracy and compliance for management approval;
- Monitor occupancy rates (customer data management), market trends, networking and competitor pricing to inform leasing strategies for tenant retention and new deals; and
- Manage the apartment inventory, ensuring units are properly prepared for new residents (move-in and move-out inspections).
- Administrative and Reporting
- Generate regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy, customer issues, and team performance;
- Assist with budget preparation and control expenses related to leasing and customer service operations; and
- Execute other tasks as assigned by the management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, or a related supervisory role (preferrable experience with serviced apartments);
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in lease document management;
- Verbal and written proficiency in Khmer and English (and/or other languages);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, e-mail, internet and other application.
