Overall Purpose of The Job
We are seeking compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about holistic care, skilled in clinical practice, and enthusiastic about engaging service users in creative and therapeutic activities. This role involves caring for both short-stay and day service users in a vibrant, socially stimulating environment.

- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with Cambodian nursing regulations and international standards.

- Nursing experience for 1 year as a minimum
- Valid Cambodian Nursing Registration.

Overall Purpose of The Job
The HR Officer is an integral member of the Human Resources team, responsible for the day-to-day administration and execution of core HR processes. This role provides essential operational support in talent acquisition, employee development, and fostering a harmonious workplace environment.
- Draft, format, and post job advertisements on various platforms (internal and external), and manage the initial screening of resumes based on minimum requirements.
- Schedule interviews, manage calendar invitations, and coordinate all logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience.
- Accurately input and update candidate information, status, and communication logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare letters, employment contracts, and necessary new hire documentation in coordination with the HR team.
- Coordinate the full logistical cycle for internal and external training sessions, including room setup, material preparation, vendor liaison, and technology requirements (e.g., setting up virtual sessions).
- Maintain meticulous records of all employee training and development activities, including attendance, certification, and training budgets.
- Communicate training schedules, registration details, and post-training follow-ups to employees, and assist in distributing and compiling surveys and feedback forms to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Administer and deliver the administrative parts of the new hire orientation, ensuring all required introductory forms and compliance documents are completed.
- Serve as a contact point for employees seeking clarification on basic HR policies, standard procedures, and administrative guidelines.
- Coordinate coordination for employee engagement events, welfare programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience working in an HR support or administrative capacity for 1 to 3 years
- Basic understanding of local employment laws and standard HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with an HRIS/ATS system.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
