JOB PURPOSE

The Corporate Sales Supervisor manages and executes sales projects to achieve individual and organizational targets. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery. It contributes to company growth by driving revenue, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sales projects to achieve individual and organizational targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and excellent customer service.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through prospecting, market research, and outreach.
  • Prepare and present quotations, conduct business meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to achieve project objectives, support team members, and follow up post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, client communications, and quotation documents.
  • Participate in team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Proven experience in sales project management or a similar role for 3 years as a minimum

  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Good command in English and Chinese capabilities is an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and manage Modern Trade operations by driving sales performance, ensuring store excellence, and strengthening partnerships with key retail partners. The role also focuses on developing the sales team and executing promotional and operational activities to support overall business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Modern Trade operations, ensuring smooth store performance, compliance with company standards, and proper product displays across all outlets.
  • Drive sales achievement by overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly performance, and guiding the team to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Supervise and support the Modern Trade sales team, including mentoring Sales Team Leaders and monitoring staff performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and manage Modern Trade activities, including preparing monthly promotional plans, coordinating mall events, and supporting smooth on-site execution.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, such as verifying staff rosters and processing monthly sales incentives.
  • Handle external partnerships through negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with distributors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Lead weekly meetings with retail supervisors and perform additional tasks assigned by the Modern Trade Manager.

JOB PURPOSE

The Recruitment Officer manages the full recruitment cycle—from planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding—to ensure the organization hires qualified talent that fits its needs and culture. The role works closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver efficient, fair, and effective recruitment processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and update job descriptions with hiring managers according to role requirements.
  • Propose recruitment activities and implement action plans after obtaining management approval.
  • Collaborate closely with third-party recruitment agencies to source qualified CVs and support effective applicant selection.
  • Post job advertisements and source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Participate in interviews and support candidate evaluation to ensure the right fit.
  • Maintain a candidate database and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare job offers and support onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
  • Other tasks are assigned by HR & Admin Manager
