We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Trucking Operations Staff member to assist with the daily coordination of our transportation and logistics activities. This role supports dispatching, documentation, tracking, and communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching trucks and drivers.
- Monitor delivery status and provide real-time updates to clients and team members.
- Prepare and maintain shipping and delivery documents, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Communicate with drivers to relay route changes, updates, and instructions.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring records are complete and accurate.
- Enter data into transportation management systems or company databases.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to track vehicle service schedules.

Work History:
- At least experience in the Logistics Industry for 2 years

Export Operation (2 Positions)
Position Circumstances
- Career Category: Shipping / Import / Export, Logistics

- Salary: $400
Cambodian national, age from 25-40
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in the professional knowledge of the job (basic knowledge, business knowledge, related knowledge), proficient in various types of import/export customs clearance business (booking, DO, LCL, FCL, air transport, tax payment and duty-free customs clearance)
- Check the customs clearance costs and trailer costs in the sorting system, and communicate with the customs broker and truck team to confirm the costs
- Assist other colleagues to handle technical issues such as order changes, domestic sales, and returns
- Assist other colleagues to deal with communication issues with shipping companies
- Arrange shipping companies or refer fees, and track and manage
- Follow up and monitor the completion of weekly operations

Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check the customs clearance costs and trailer costs in the sorting system, and communicate with the customs broker and truck team to confirm the costs
- Assist other colleagues in handling technical issues such as documents, order changes. customs clearance, etc.
- Assist other colleagues to deal with communication issues with shipping companies
- Coordinate payment and order exchange, and track and manage
- Track and monitor container deposits and return orders

- Do vessel schedule

- Offer Quotation to Client
- Do the Annalize and Report about logistic market
