- Clearly present suitable immigration programs, pricing, timelines, and required documentation.

- Work closely with case processing teams to ensure smooth handover after sale.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, consulting, client services, or a managerial role
- Fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Clear and confident phone etiquette and teleconsulting skills
- Customer-focused mindset to understand and address clients’ immigration needs
- Highly motivated in a sales-driven role and able to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt quickly to immigration changes

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with SEO, SEM and proficient in leveraging all social media platforms to enhance our brand’s online presence and lead generation efforts. As a Marketing Specialist, you will act as a liaison between our business and the customer in order to establish trust, increase knowledge, and drive more sales for our company.

- SEO and SEM Strategy Development: Develop, implement and manage our SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and improve our search rankings. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- Content Creation and Management: Create compelling content for our website and social media platforms, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user management.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on all relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, and others.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities using analytical tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to guide strategy.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, • competitor strategies, and new opportunities in the immigration consultancy field.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation, email marketing and social media advertising

- Any other relevant duty as assigned by the General Manager and the parent company in Singapore to assist with the smooth running of the company.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM and social media management.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and other analytical and advertising tools.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
