- Assist clients with API integration by providing technical guidance and basic troubleshooting.
- Analyze client-reported issues and determine whether: The issue is due to configuration errors, incorrect formats, or misused processes (can be resolved directly by support staff), or The issue involves system errors, functional bugs, or backend failures (requires escalation to the development team).
- Document problem descriptions, test results, and technical notes for internal handoff to developers.
- Maintain and update API documentation, integration FAQs, and error resolution guides.
- Communicate effectively with clients via Redmine ticket system, Telegram, and email.
- Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support, API integration assistance, or IT support,
- Or 1+ year of experience as a software developer. (Part time is ok)
- Familiarity with API structure and common issues (e.g., authentication failure, invalid formats, no response, IP blocks, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand basic HTTP responses and JSON structures.
- No coding required, but must be able to interpret error messages and identify probable causes.
- Proficient in English, especially in reading technical documentation.
- Additional 20–30% salary bonus for proficiency in read and write Chinese.
- Experience in fintech, game platforms, or Gaming-related API integration or development.
- Familiarity with support/ticketing systems such as Redmine, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Strong logical thinking and problem assessment skills to quickly determine the severity and ownership of an issue.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple cases or unexpected incidents.
- Patient and detail-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.

AI / Computer Vision Engineer (OpenCV / Deep Learning)
