We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and confident Sale consultant to join our growing team and drive sales for our business. As a Sale consultant, you will act as a liaison between our business and the customer in order to establish trust, increase knowledge, and drive more sales for our company.

- Provide consultation services to address potential clients' interest establishing suitability of the potential clients' visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone, and face-to-face meeting
- Present and sell immigration services to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients’ relationships
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Provide regular follow up on enquiries received
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by Manager to assist with smooth operations of the organization
- Travel opportunities to conduct, partake, and attend in seminars
- Qualifications
- Graduates in Law, Business Administration, International Business, and other closely related fields.
- Candidates with no experience will also be considered as training will be provided from time to time.
- Candidates with prior experience will be prioritized for the position.
- Requirements
- Good demand of both oral and written English
- Ability to demonstrate fluency in building rapport with prospects and clients quickly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to demonstrate professional, proactive, and mature demeanor
- A team player and have strong people relationship
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment
- Being patient, friendly, and comfortable with the prospects

Teleconsultant (1 Position)

- Make outbound calls to new assigned leads to introduce immigration services and assess initial eligibility for migration programs with accurate and relevant information and schedule consultation meetings appointments for Immigration Consultants.
- Make following up to leads been assigned by phone, email, and messaging platforms and schedule consultation meetings appointments for Immigration Consultants.
- Conduct preliminary assessments based on clients’ backgrounds (education, work experience, age, language ability) and advise on possible immigration pathways.
- Achieve daily call targets, lead conversion to appointments, and other performance metrics set by management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and program changes for key destination countries.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and follow up consistently to convert leads into consultations or applications.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all communication is logged.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing leads.
- Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks and reports are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle objections or questions from clients with professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay informed about competitor services and market trends in the immigration consultancy industry.
- Bachelor degree
