- Provide effective leadership to the sales team, guiding, motivating, and ensuring overall team success.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance sales skills and performance.

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics to guide and support the sales team effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate, mentor, and lead a sales team to success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team communication and collaboration.

Sales Executive (Outdoor) (3 Positions)
Benefits: Salary rank $250-$350 (base on experiences), Commission, Allowance and other benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Do report, prepare data for Weekly & Monthly meeting
- Other tasks assigned by Sup/SM
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales at least 1 years in outdoor sales or corporate sales
- Good in interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and reach target
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Be able to communicate in English language
