Tour Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Oversee inbound and outbound operations and staff management.
- Communicate with local and overseas partners to organize group tours.
- Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and discounts.
- Prepare quotations, tour itineraries, and update contract rates.
- Promote tour packages and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and collect feedback for management.
- Develop and market new tour packages aimed at target clients.
- Implement strategies to boost sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain relationships with local hoteliers, restaurants, and service providers.
- Handle contracting and negotiations with suppliers and agents.
- Address customer complaints effectively and report them to the General Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in managing inbound and outbound tours.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound travel markets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Outbound Tour Operator
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Sell outbound tour packages to clients, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Coordinate with international partners, airlines and hotels of finalize travel arrangement.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoice, and payments.
- Manage travel documentation (e.g., visa, itineraries, tickets).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in outbound tour operations or travel consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and cultures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluent in English
