Announcement Description

The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) implements the project “Citizens' Voices and Actions for Access to Information and Accountable Local Governance” was supported financially by Dan Church Aid (DCA) and in the period of 1 January, 2024, to 31 December, 2026, implemented by Advocacy and Policy Institute (API). The project operates in 4 districts and municipalities (D/Ms) of Pursat (Phnom Krovanh district), Kampong Thom (Prasat Balangk district), Phnom Penh (Khan Sen Sok) and Kandal (Ta Kmao municipality). One of the key activities is a “Baseline Survey”.

API is looking for a group or individual consultant(s) to conduct a “Baseline Survey” with local stakeholders to create a set of project baseline data that measure the status of all indicators and to understand the starting point of work key elements against which later progress will be measured. This enables project indicators of output and outcome to be measured and tracked.

API is looking for a group or individual consultant(s) to conduct this assignment based on the Term of Reference.
