Directly report to : Chairwoman

Working day : Mon-Fri & Sat (half), 8am-5pm

Benefit : A long-term contract will be offered depending on performance with 3-month probation period.

Duties
  • Agricultural managers or farm managers are responsible for the daily planning, organizing, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates.
Requirements
  • BA in Agriculture Biology, Agriculture Management or related filed
  • 5 years’ experience as a farm manager/agriculture manager
  • Khmer native, English is good
  • Team works and Leadership Skill
  • Good knowledge growing vegetable
  • Good attitude communication skill
  • Ability effectively positively leads, motivate, communicate staff’s worker
  • Ability organizes, prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities tasks

  • Presenting products/services
  • Capable of generating leads and be able to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Contacting clients
  • Building relationships
  • Providing after-sales support
  • Reporting
  • Staying up to date market activities
Requirements
  • At least 2 years working experience of sales & marketing.
  • Khmer Native, English is good.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Positive attitude and willing to challenge the new thing.
  • Good attitude, hard-working, honestly and strong communicate
  • Be able to travel locally.
