Spean Mirai is looking for full-time main staff ( 2 positions ) who can develop the company together.

We do not require any experience or license to apply for it.

We are welcome to people who like challenging new things and are willing to build new careers.

Schedule : Full time (rotating night shift,dayshift)

Dayoff :  days off per week

Main work location : Sensok, Phnom Penh

Salary :  will increase after training ( Probably after 1 month)

Duties
  • Provide cares at patient home such as  supporting walking ,eating, and supporting the toilet to customers if needed.
  • Creating and developing marketing plans to make services attractive to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team members to improve the company together by discussing with them.
  • Provide training and education to caregivers, manage your own team if you become a trainer or manager.
  • Flexibly work with various tasks for developing company.
Requirements
  • 18-35 years old, healthy male or female ,kind and polite.
  • Ambitious and Challenging
  • Willing to work with a start-up company and looking for interesting careers.
  • Understand some English (at least medium level) to communicate with Japanese staff.
  • Graduated from high school at least.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, not required for any experience or license.
