SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Account Receivable typically possesses an educational background in Accounting, Finance and Banking, or any related field. She/he must have experience in accounting tasks and duties for at least 3 years. Level of English speaking and Native speaker level Khmer language, strong service orientation, an enthusiastic and positive work attitude as well as high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy are further characteristics of the Accounting Manager. He/She is accountable for the tasks assigned by the accounting manager in the accounting field. The Student Support Services Assistant reports functionally to the Student Support Services Coordinator and School-level Coordinators and hierarchically to the School-level Principals.

Prerequisites
The Academic Assistant typically has an educational background in Education or any related field and experience in administrative tasks and duties. Native speaker level of English language and very good MS Office / Google Workspace skills are imperative.
Relationships
The Academic Assistant acts as the clerical support of the Academic Head only. All tasks taken over by the Assistant need to be approved by the Academic Head. However, the Assistant has to contribute actively to a constructive and collaborative relationship with all academic staff and in particular with the school level coordinators. The Assistant reports directly to the Academic Head and receives support by interns employed in the academic office.
Administration
The Assistant is responsible for maintaining a well organized and efficient administrative system within the International Faculty. Filing and archiving documents, writing any kind of internal and external correspondence or documents, as well as assisting the Academic Head in all clerical work are the main aspects of his/her daily administrative tasks and duties.

Prerequisites
The Admissions Supervisor must have a knowledge of Kindergarten through Grade 12 education. They should have a good knowledge of the Cambodian National Curriculum as well as International Curriculums. They must have an understanding of the admissions, marketing and recruitment processes and the importance of the role in contributing to the successful recruitment of students through accurate and effective communication.
Relationships
The Admissions Supervisor works very closely with the Front Desk, Academic, Finance and MarCom departments. The Admissions Supervisor is the forefront of the school and represents the school when speaking with parents and future students. This role will reflect and control the process of admission and communication through cross departmental strategy in order to both retain existing customers as well as the recruitment of new clients. The key relationship here is with the community both internal and external.

Description
The Student SEL Coach works closely with the School Student Support Services Coordinator and Heads to facilitate their work in all areas of student Social-Emotional skills as defined by CASEL, and student safety. The SEL Coach’s goals are to actively help cultivate a Restorative culture and positive school wide community environment through building, maintaining, restoring and sustaining relationships. The SEL Coach supports students in meeting CIA FIRST International School’s student conduct expectations through setting high expectations with a maximum level of support to meet the students’ needs. When misconduct or harm occurs, the SEL Coach works with the students at Tiers 2 and 3 of CIA FIRST’s support framework using collaborative and fair process to problem-solve and repair the harm.

The SEL Coach reports directly to the Student Support Services Coordinator and is supported by the Student Support Services team.
