Duties
The Marketing Associate/Junior Associate will support and assist the Singapore Marketing Team in creating and driving brand and product marketing plans for various FMCG products in Cambodia. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Content adaption and/or localization to the Cambodia market.
Provide creative ideas for content creation and monitor social media page(s), including handling customer feedback and messages.
Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and adapt them with relevancy to brand and product.
Ensure that the monthly social media calendar and contents are relevant to the local market and trends.
Collaborate and liaise with external agencies to identify suitable KOLs for brand building campaigns.
Source and liaise with external stakeholders to enhance brand exposure with marketing collaterals (posters, brochures etc.)
Assist in the daily collection of sales cash from the sales team.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Diploma and/or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields of study.
Fluent in English and Khmer, written and spoken.
Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry, digital marketing and execution of marketing campaigns will be preferred.
Skills & Qualities:
Self-starter with positive 'can-do' attitude.
A motivated team player who is creative, meticulous & resourceful. Able to work independently and in a team.
Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media platforms such as FB, IG, Tiktok etc.
Capable to work on multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
