- The Marketing Associate/Junior Associate will support and assist the Singapore Marketing Team in creating and driving brand and product marketing plans for various FMCG products in Cambodia. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Content adaption and/or localization to the Cambodia market.
- Provide creative ideas for content creation and monitor social media page(s), including handling customer feedback and messages.
- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and adapt them with relevancy to brand and product.
- Ensure that the monthly social media calendar and contents are relevant to the local market and trends.
- Collaborate and liaise with external agencies to identify suitable KOLs for brand building campaigns.
- Source and liaise with external stakeholders to enhance brand exposure with marketing collaterals (posters, brochures etc.)
- Assist in the daily collection of sales cash from the sales team.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Education & Experience:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields of study.
- Fluent in English and Khmer, written and spoken.
- Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry, digital marketing and execution of marketing campaigns will be preferred.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Self-starter with positive 'can-do' attitude.
- A motivated team player who is creative, meticulous & resourceful. Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media platforms such as FB, IG, Tiktok etc.
- Capable to work on multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
Sales Driver
Benefit & Working Hours
- Monday-Friday (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Public holiday entitlement according to Labour Law of Cambodia
- 18 days annual leave after completed 3 months of employment.

- Salary range (USD250.00-USD450.00) based on the experience with commission.
- Perform sales activities to get more sales order and collect payment including delivery.
- Keep informed the existing customers of new products.
- Increase sales by promoting products and reporting the market information.
- Safe and timeous delivery of purchased products.
- Maintain sales & delivery records and strive to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure optimal customer services.
- Report to work on time.
- Maintain good relationship and communication skills with customers and team members.
- Prevent damage to the delivery truck and the company products being transported.
- Perform basic truck maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
- High school or Certificate or Diploma in Business or Sales or Marketing
- 1-3 years of experience as a FMCG salesman, or similar.
- Must be able to drive 1.5 Ton truck van and/or Tuk Tuk in city area.
- Must have Manual (B) driving license and be a clean driving record would be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of basic truck maintenance like check the oil level or etc.
- Fluent in Khmer language and basic English would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and familiar with FMCG products
- Aggressive mindset to strive to meet the Sales target.
- Interested in technology and mobile application especially in Andriod.
- Training will be provided for use of technology and App.
