Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Monitor instructional and managerial processes to ensure that program activities are related to program outcomes and use findings to take corrective actions.
- Regularly consult the campus-level committee about planning, operation, supervision, and evaluation of campus education program. Include students and community representatives when appropriate.
- Provide instructional resources and materials to support teaching staff in accomplishing instructional goals.
- Provide for two-way communication with superintendent, staff, students, parents, and community.
- Communicate and promote expectations for high-level performance to staff and students. Recognize excellence and achievement.
- Ensure the effective and quick resolution of conflicts.
- Build common vision for school improvement with staff. Direct planning activities and put programs in place with staff to ensure attainment of school’s mission.
- Identify, analyze, and apply research findings (e.g., effective school correlates) to promote school improvement.
- Develop and set annual campus performance objectives for each of the Academic Excellence Indicators using the campus planning process and site-based decision making committee.
- Develop, maintain, and use information systems and records necessary to show campus progress on performance objectives addressing each Academic Excellence Indicator.

- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields.
- Three years experiences as a classroom teacher with additional experience in instructional leadership roles.
- Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness and to manage budget and personnel Ability to coordinate campus functions.
- Ability to implement policy and procedures and ability to interpret data.
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations and interpersonal skills

Teacher of English

- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to the students

- Finished bachelor degree
- Relevant experience in teaching English and classroom management

Chinese Coordinator
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development
- Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills
- Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health
- Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use
- Assimilate arriving children to the school environment by greeting them, helping them remove outerwear, and selecting activities of interest to them
- Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities;
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate those objectives to children
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests
- Arrange indoor and outdoor space to facilitate creative play, motor-skill activities, and safety
- Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration
- Administer tests to help determine children's developmental levels, needs, and potential
- Supervise, evaluate, and plan assignments for teacher assistants and volunteers

Procurement and Logistic Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Check and verify the requests from HO and Campuses.
- Collecting quotations and comparison for Procurement & Logistic and Fixed Assets & Stock supervisor check.
- Prepare purchase order and delivery to requesters.
- Support organized inventories at all warehouses.
- Support sending and delivery items to other campuses or warehouse.
- Other work assigned by Procurement & Logistic and Fixed Assets & Stock supervisor
- Bachelor of Finance & Accounting.
- At least 3 years experiences working in related field.
- Other computer skills: Word, Excel and Access.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attitude and work hard and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Able to speak and write English fluently.
