Operations Coordinator
Reporting to: General Manager / Operations Manager
Job Description
Based in Phnom Penh, the Operations Coordinator (OC) plays a key role in the organization, execution and delivery of daily operations in Phnom Penh and Cambodia. Working closely with the sales teams to ensure that all booked services including transport services, transfers, guides, resturants and accommodations are booked, confirmed and re-confirmed for all of Khiri Travel’s pax on the ground. The Operations Coordinator will ensure that all correct business partner branding is being appropriately used and utilized.
This role profile is not exhaustive; it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

- To organize and arrange services for clients in Phnom Penh and when required other destinations within Cambodia
- To manage and ensure excellent quality of service levels from guides and transport suppliers
- To manage the relationship with some local ground suppliers
- To conduct regular quality inspection trips of transport vehicles, guides, hotels and products and to provide meaningful reports for management
- Identify areas of concern or needed attention, and improve overall company performance and client experience
- Prepare management reports as needed to assess productivity, efficiencies and performance
- Be an ambassador of the Khiri Travel value proposition, brand, mission, and values
- Cambodian National
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a DMC, travel agency or hospitality business
- Able to thrive under pressure
- Possess excellent time management
